CITY ADVENTURE touch MYSTERY OF TRIANGLE is an action game for the Famicom and NES system that was published by Toho in 1987. The game is based on the high school and baseball team themed manga Touch. City Adventure Touch is somewhat notorious in Japan for bearing absolutely no resemblance to the source material. A comic book concerning the Mystery of Triangle is included in the manual. The story appears to revolve around a character's dog who disappears into an alternate dimension, and the three children who attempt to rescue it, one of which attacks by throwing baseballs.

Developed by Xing, Doki Doki Pretty League is a baseball game that features high school girls making up the teams.

A baseball game by Sunsoft released on the Family Computer in 1991. Nantettatte!! Baseball is a baseball game with the innovative feature of being able to update team rosters without needing to buy a brand new full price game. This is done by inserting a mini-cartridge that updates the roster into the main game.

MAJOR DS: Dream Baseball is a Nintendo 3DS game developed by Amedio and released by Takara Tomy on July 31, 2008. The game is based on the anime's 3rd and 4th seasons, where the protagonist (name of player's choice) enrolls into Seishu High School until he lands in America to win the League and defeating Joe Gibson Jr.

The player controls a baseball superhero named Batsu (Bats) who must use baseballs to defeat his opponents. Being hit once reverts him to "normal" Terii (Terry), who swats at his opponents using a baseball bat. Opponents include machinery, humanoids, and animals. Killing opponents while in Terii form results in a larger energy bar.

A Famicom baseball game developed by Human and published by Bandai. It superficially resembles Namco's Famista series. Meimon! Daisan Yakyuubu ("Meimon! The Third Baseball Club") is a baseball sim for the Famicom that is based on a manga and anime of the same name about an underdog highschool baseball team and the drama that surrounds them. The player can access the game's story mode, which depicts scenes from the manga, by selecting "Dramatic Mode" from the title screen menu. This also adds character portraits to the main game mode. The game itself is a fairly standard NES baseball game. The pitching/batting perspective is from directly behind the batter, and the player moves the entire group of fielders simultaneously whenever the ball is hit. Graphically, the many super-deformed athletes resemble those of Namco's Famista (the series upon which RBI Baseball was based), which was very much the leading baseball franchise at the time.
