Use of the service
Hitupnext is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals who enjoy retro gaming. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Content
You retain ownership of content you create on hitupnext. By posting content, you grant hitupnext a licence to display it on the platform, including on pages anyone can view without an account (see the Privacy Policy for what is public). You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' intellectual property.
Posts you make in a run's log may also appear in Cross Talk: the shared log of a small group of similar runs. You can stop your posts appearing there in Settings → Preferences.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
