Captain Tsubasa Vol. II: Super Striker is the second game in the titular franchise, a role-playing take on the sport of soccer.

With NFL Street 3 you can play your style of football both on the ground and in the air in this newest iteration of the popular NFL Street franchise. Show off your style and boost your score by performing stunning aerial moves, jumping into the air and collecting special items and game modifiers that hover above the playing field. You will also have the ability to control your Gamebreaker and pull off new Power moves that are available to both the offense and the defense.

The game consists of two different soccer simulations, you can carry out a match in the stadium or indoors. The field is always shown from the top and scrolled softly into all directions. Different game modes make for diversity. Up to 15 players can enter their names and then compete with each other in a league. One can also take part in a World Cup, whereby the venue corresponds to the one of a real World Cup. The computer takes over the controls of as many teams as needed. A two-player friendly can be played head to head. The game offers features as "banana kick", "action replay" and weather. The original was developed by Sensible Software for the C64, Electronic Pencil Company were responsible for the Amiga and Atari ST versions.

In Football Manager 2011, managers can negotiate contracts with players, access a training area so that managers can give their team specific areas to focus on before a match, interact with players, staff and the board, enjoy 100 new animations, and much more.

The main feature of the game is the World Cup tournament itself, where the player may use either the actual groups used in the finals, or groups composed of a random selection of the included teams. Each match takes place in a recreation of the venue it was played in the actual tournament. As in the real tournament, group games do not go to extra time or a penalty shootout but knockout matches do.

It was developed exclusively for the PlayStation by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo. It was available in Europe and Japan but not North America, as ESPN MLS GameNight was released in that territory instead. The game has an extended Master League, with two divisions and eight more clubs, resulting in twenty-four club teams, such as Leeds United and Boca Juniors. More international teams were added as well. The gameplay also changed, becoming smoother and more realistic. The Japanese version of the game also contains Under-23 National Teams, which are not present in the European versions of the game.
