Although only officially released in Japan, units exist worldwide. DDR 5th Mix contains a total of 122 songs, nine of which are hidden and unlockable. Of those songs, 40 of them (including all nine unlockable songs) are brand new to Dance Dance Revolution.

It provides compatibility with previous StepMania 5.1/5.0 content, including charts from StepMania 3.9, and older Dance With Intensity Content, BMS/PMS, piu, para etc charts It features new simulation modes and options not previously available in older StepMania versions released to date, focusing on modernizing the engine to improve performance, graphical fidelity, and to refurbish parts of the game that have been neglected since 2007.

Kira Kira Star Night AC is an arcade adaptation of Kira Kira Star Night DX created to promote the release of its console cousin. It plays almost exactly the same: players take on the role of Fami-chan, catching falling stars to try and achieve a high score. The gameplay in this version is slightly tweaked, with Fami-chan now having two different jump heights based on the jump button the player chooses. It had a limited release of one cabinet at the Kaden no Ken-chan store in Akihabara before later being released on CD-ROM for Windows.

Imagine: Ballet Star is a simulation game where players train and perform ballet routines, mastering techniques via stylus controls and building performance scores through a combination of dance practice, mini-games, and outfit customization.
