Super Robot Taisen Alpha is the second game in the series to be built from the ground up for the Playstation, and is the start of the Alpha series. Alpha is the first SRW to feature the highly choreographed animation that the series is known for.
In the year 179 of the New Western Calendar, the One Year War breaks out between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, but is halted when an object crashes to Earth, landing on South Atalia Island. An investigative team from the Extra-Over Technological Investigative Institute discovers the object is an alien battleship with highly advanced technology. Despite the warnings of Dr. Bian Zoldark, the Federation hides the evidence of intelligent, extraterrestrial life, and uses the time to increase their military power. Bian founds the Divine Crusaders to utilize the Extra-Over Technology found on the ship to devise weapons capable of protecting the Earth from alien forces, should the planet become embroiled in a conflict. During this time, economic troubles caused by the Federation's buildup sees the rise of many anti-Federation movements, such as the Neo-Zeon, who had retreated to the asteroid Axis. In response, the Federation establishes special forces units, such as the Titans and OZ. Other forces, such as the Demon Empire (from Brave Raideen) and Dr. Hell also threaten the Earth, but are pushed back by the teams of Mazinger Z, Getter Robo, and Raideen. In the year 186, the Excelion battleship (from Gunbuster) battle a force of STMCs (Space Terrible Monster Crowd) when they are suddenly attacked by another alien fleet, known as the Aerogaters... From this point on, the player can select from either a super robot or a real robot storyline, putting the player in command of the Grungust Type-2 or the Huckebein MK II, respectively.

Shortly after the events of Alpha, the Earth Federation has covered up many of the events in the climatic battle with the antagonist Aerogaters, but the gravity shock wave from the detonation of the Excelion (from Gunbuster) in the Battle of the Solar System's Absolute Defense is rapidly approaching the Earth, and threatens to wipe out the space colonies and the planet. The Earth's only hope is the Aegis System, which could shield the Earth Sphere from the shock wave. Unfortunately, the heroes are sent to an alternate future, where the Earth has been ravaged by the wave. Faced with a new threat in the form of the Ancestors, the heroes must find a way to return to their time and prevent this alternate, dystopic future from happening.

You control Alec, a teenager whose entire village was destroyed by an unknown evil - an event that was later called "The Great Disaster". He was saved by a mysterious Hunter. Since then, growing peacefully in a village he was brought to, which was like a new home for the survivors of the Great Disaster, Alec dreams about meeting the Hunter again, and becoming a Hunter himself. Together with his best friend Lutz he tries his luck in nearby towns, receiving small Hunter jobs, until the fate crosses the ways of the two young people with a mysterious organization called the Academy. And there their adventure really begins... The gameplay of this third installment of Arc the Lad series is very similar to that of the predecessor. Originally released in 1995 on the Super Famicom, Square revisits their 16-bit heyday and updates Front Mission for a new legion of fans. Played on isometric grids, various mecha from your Canyon Crow attack squad are arrayed against opposing armies. Move, encounter and fight are the generics of the game but weapon and armor upgrades also factor in the game where your crew gets upgraded to higher levels of performance. The menus, stats, and weapon upgrades in the game are entirely in English which makes Front Mission very easy to get into for importers. The storyline and conversations are in Japanese but the scrolling account after the first battle tells of the new conflict between the OCU (Southern Asia Oceana Community Union) and the USN (United States of New Continent).

Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, released in Japan as The Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom is a tactical role-playing game for the PlayStation from Atlus USA and Nippon Ichi Software, the creators of Disgaea, and is part of the Marl Kingdom series. Rhapsody, along with its sequels, are considered musical RPGs, meaning in place of FMV cutscenes, there are musical numbers, complete with vocals. The game is also known for its "overwhelming cuteness" and low level of difficulty. Although this may make the game seem geared towards a younger audience, in Japan, the game and series in general has seen much success.

Noël 3 - Mission on the Line is the latest game in the Noël series. This time the game is a little different from the previous ones. The gameplay is about using your computer to destroy the terrorist virus and clear the network. To do that the player will use 3 antivirus that Yuka Okano created and to use them the player just have to choose hacking in a square of the network and select them in that square of the network that is infected and after that a bar will appear and pressing the button in the proper time will destroy the virus. Once some parts of the network is clear a video phone event will happen and Yuka Okano or other of the girls will talk to your character and give you more information to advance in the game and clear all the network, here the gameplay is similar to the other Noël games, and in the right panel sometimes a ball of light appear and if the player is quick enough he can click on it and transfer it to the catapult part and when the ball of light shines there click again to ask the girl about that subject and gather more information. The game features an album mode that will be unlocked playing the story mode. Probably this game is the best one in the series.
