

An unreleased Game Boy Advance port of the game Bejeweled was in development and set to be published by Majesco in 2002, however was cancelled before release.

Donkey Kong Plus was an updated version of the Game Boy Donkey Kong. The only known difference between the original and Plus, aside from the graphics, was the addition of a level designer to be used through the Nintendo GameCube for players to create their own levels with. However, the game vanished the following year, and was replaced by Mario vs. Donkey Kong, with the level editor gone and the graphics replaced with pre-rendered graphics. However, the game's sequel, Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis had this feature and took advantage of Wi-Fi Connection.

Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers is a canceled puzzle game for the Game Boy Advance and a Donkey Kong spinoff title. The game was developed by Rare Ltd., and was originally planned for a November 2001 release date. It was likely postponed ahead of time due to the forthcoming acquisition from Microsoft in 2002. However, the game was eventually converted into It's Mr. Pants, released in late 2004. Some of the planned modes included various challenges around Donkey Kong Island, challenges from Cranky Kong, and a multiplayer mode.

South Park was a cancelled puzzle-platformer in which you must rescue Kenny in each level using Stan, Kyle, and Cartman using their unique attributes.

Hasbro Interactive had planned to release a sequel to Glover which had a boxing glove character and was to be released in 2000 named Glover 2 but the idea was scrapped, though gameplay videos and pictures about the game surfaced on nesworld.com, which discovered a work-in-progress version of the game. Just when you thought it was safe to go back... Unique glove & ball gameplay. Real world dynamics. Full environmental interaction. Progressive intergrated plot. Amusing original characters. Fun multiplayer game.

Panel de Pon GB is a canceled game for the Game Boy Color. The game was mostly a port of Panel de Pon (SFC), but with a new story and some elements from the cancelled Panel de Pon 64, which later resurfaced via the Nintendo Puzzle Collection compilation for the Gamecube. The game was eventually cancelled and turned into Pokémon de PanePon. However, most of the game data still remains inside of the Pokémon de PanePon rom.

Sutte Hakkun for the Game Boy was never announced nor released. It had Super Game Boy enhancements. This game dates from 1996, predating the 1997-1999 Sutte Hakkun GB, which was also cancelled. The game is a port of the first Satellaview version of Sutte Hakkun. Both this game and Sutte Hakkun GB were found in the Nintendo Gigaleak in 2020.

Panel de Pon is a game included in Nintendo Puzzle Collection for the Nintendo GameCube, which is the finished version of the cancelled Nintendo 64 video game Panel de Pon 64. The cancelled version ended up being released as Pokémon Puzzle League, albeit it was rebranded and featured characters from the Pokémon anime instead of the traditional fairies from the Panel de Pon franchise. A Nintendo 64 prototype is known to exist, but it is currently publicly unavailable.
