Chimera Beast

After the success of Star Fox, Nintendo decided to make a sequel on the same system. However, with the release of the Nintendo 64 looming close, Nintendo decided to cancel the game despite it being nearly complete. Many features of this game were later reused in Star Fox 64, most notably Star Wolf, and the game itself was later leaked as source code and compiled into a working ROM. The game was later released for the SNES Classic console as an unlockable game, marking its first official release. Since then, the game was also released for the Nintendo Switch Online service.

Universal Soldier is a cancelled video game based on the 1992 movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. You control Van Damme's character, Luc Deveraux, as he turns against his platoon and attempts to bring down the corrupt government organization that created him.

Falcon was an unreleased game by Spectrum Holobyte.

X was first showed as a tech demo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, before starting development on the Game Boy. This version has colored graphics. The game would later become the first Star Fox.

The GameBoy Advance version of Resident Evil 2 was a tech demo created in 2003 by Raylight Studios, an Italian company to pitch their Blue Roses engine. By this point in time Capcom had lost interest in the viability of GameBoy ports, and the pitch was rejected.

A James Bond game for the Virtual Boy was in development by an unknown studio (possibly T&E Soft), during the years when Nintendo held the publishing rights for the James Bond franchise. Only one screenshot of the game exists from a brochure, and first-hand accounts of the game are scarce. The game appears to have been a racing/shooting game.

Ultrabots was an unreleased game by Novalogic.

Tommy Thunder was a third person shooter in development for the Nintendo 64 (and later for the PSX too) from Player 1 studios, but it was never released and we never got many informations about it. In November 2007, a dump was found on the internet.
