


Super Mario World (超級馬里奧世界) is a bootleg port of the SNES launch title of the same name (Super Mario World) developed by Hummer Team and released in 1995. This is one of the more well-known examples of bootleg ports to the Famicom, as it comparatively manages to retain most of the original SNES game's elements.

Tengen, an Atari label, released an unlicensed version of Tetris for the Nintendo Entertainment System. After they lost a lawsuit to Nintendo, which acquired the rights from Russia to port the game to home consoles (they already had the handheld consoles rights), Tengen had to destroy every spare cartridge unsold at the time. The Tengen game featured a two-player simultaneous mode not available in Nintendo's version

YatzyDOS is a NDS port of an old console based dice game Yatzy from DOS. It is a turn-based dice game. The goal is to get the highest possible score by adding up the corresponding points gained through certain dice combinations.
