In Pet in TV the player takes control of a virtual pet, which resembles a more complex version of the Tamagotchi. The player can choose from a selection of PiTs and name it. It is then up to the player to nurture their PiT and allow it to explore the 3D world, learning from its encounters with scenery and objects through trial-and-error. Once these behaviours are learn, the PiT will know how to respond to those objects in the future (such as a Flower, or a Spike). Whenever the PiT becomes injured, or tired, returning it to its home will allow Dr. Y to fix it. The objective then becomes for your PiT to solve puzzles on its own - for which it will be rewarded with AI upgrade chips.

In LSD the player navigates through a psychedelic dream world. The idea is simply to walk around and explore things in a dream environment. There are many strange environments in this world, and one way to travel through them is by foot. However, if the player bumps into walls or other objects in the game, they will be transported to another environment instantaneously through a system called "linking". Bumping into people, animals, or special objects usually results in a stranger dream. Each dream can last up to 10 minutes, after which the player will 'wake up', when the screen fades away and the player is sent back to the game's initial menu. However, if the player falls off a cliff or into a hole in the dream, then the player will wake up immediately. There is a graph that appears at the end of each dream that keeps track of the player's state of mind; the states are Upper, Downer, Static and Dynamic, as referring to the environments and the general feel of the dream the player just went through. Past states may have effects on later dreams.

A second, expanded PlayStation iteration of Artdink's Atlas series. You are once again in charge of a trading company headquartered in Lisbon, and tasked by the king with exploring the rest of the world and bringing home the spoils. In addition to the exploration, trading and map creation of the prior game, it adds an "episode" system which is effectively a quest log, as well as changes and updates to the story and quests. Additionally, it improves on the trading system, adding the "trading post" function, which allows the player to choose which product to make in some cities, which allows for more streamlined trading.
