Thoroughbred Breeder III is a Sports game, developed and published by Hect, which was released in Japan in 1996.

Gallop Racer (known as "Gallop Racer 3: One and Only Road to Victory" in Japan) is part horse racing simulation, part action/arcade racer. When choosing horses for your stable, you have to take a lot of factors into account. For instance, is the horse a long or short distance runner? Does it do better on a dry track or a wet track? The factors appear to be endless at first.

A horse racing simulation game from Nichibutsu, developed for the NES in Japan only. Keiba Simulation: Honmei ("keiba" is the Japanese word for horse-racing, and "honmei" is a term meaning a favorite to win) is a Famicom horse-racing simulation game from Nichibutsu, often known as Nihon Bussan. In fact, the box art states the former as developer and the title screen states the latter. As a true simulation game, there is no racing (at least that the player can control) or gambling. The player instead can fiddle with the parameters for each race and the horses competing, changing their stats such as fatigue, age and the weight of the jockey. Then players can watch a race with these settings play out and observe the winner. It is possible the goal of this game is to recreate the likely output of an actual race based on as much information as the player is able to muster in order to assist them with their gambling, though its more likely the game is for racing enthusiasts.

Winning Post lets the player take control of a stable of horse, breeding and training them for the ultimate goal, to win the French Grand Prix. The player can hire breeders, trainers and jockeys and race in over 240 different races to earn more money to buy even better personnel and breed faster and stronger horses as well as keeping their horses healthy. Players can also bet on races as well. The gameplay consists of choosing options before races, such as choosing which horses to train and what regiment they undertake, view stats, hire personnel and place bets. However the player has no controls over races and cannot participate and only view as a spectator.

Race to become the leading jockey--vie for the rookie of the year award as an apprentice, gain wins, collect G1 trophies, and earn money on your way to the Triple Crown. Compete with 65 computer jockeys each season, choose from over 2000 unique racehorses to ride, and negotiate with the trainers to ride the top horses each week. The game also includes exciting 2-player head-to-head action, including steeplechase courses.
